Q. How do I locate Canadian cases?

1) Access Lexis Advance here .

2) Select "Canada" under the dropdown menu

3) Enter the citation or case name and search

Westlaw

1) Launch the database, Westlaw.

2) Click on "International Materials" -> "Canada" -> "All Canadian Cases and Board & Tribunal Decisions"

3) Click on the relevant jurisdiction.

4) Enter the relevant terms such as parties' names in the "Party Name" Search box and click Search.

1) Access https://www.canlii.org/en/

2) Enter the relevant terms such as the parties name in the "Case Name" field before clicking Search.
