You can locate Australian cases by launching LexisNexis Australia

Alternatively, you can use:  

Lexis

Under the Legal column, click on Find Laws by Country or Region.

Click on Foreign Laws & Legal Sources.

Click on Australia.

Click on Caselaw

Select the sources you want. Enter the citation or case name and search.

 

To find Commonwealth Law Reports (CLR), you have to use:  

Westlaw

Launch the database, WestlawNext.

Click on ‘International Materials’ on the right side of the screen.

Click on ‘Australia

Click on ‘All Australia Cases

Click on ‘Advanced’ next to the Search box.

Enter the parties' names in the ‘Party Name’ Search box and click Search.
