Using Halsbury's Laws of Singapore in Print.

Please refer to the guide on How do I use Halsbury's Laws of Singapore?. Specifically, refer to the section on Researching Legislation using Halsbury's Laws of Singapore.

Halsbury's Laws of Singapore is also available online via Lexis Advance here

Using LawNet

LawNet

1) Select Cases and enter the title of legislation you are looking for in the search box.  This will do a full text keyword search for cases that cite the particular piece of legislation.

2) Alternatively you can try the following but it does not pull out a comprehensive result list.

- Click on the Legal Research menu tab.

- Click on Advanced search and Reference Trace at the right of the page.

- Click on the Reference Trace tab.

- Enter the legislation details such as the title and provision, then click Search.

- To search for subsidiary legislation cited, use the Advanced Search tab.
