You can find WACC from Capital IQ Excel Plug-in. From the +WACC template within the Excel Plug-in, navigate the Capital IQ Menu, choose Templates, and then select the Valuation option.

If the template does not appear here, select the "Get/Update Templates" option and choose the Valuation option to locate the +WACC template to download.

In Bloomberg, enter the ticker, followed by WACC <GO>. For e.g. enter MSFT US EQUITY WACC <GO>. You will be able to see the historical chart at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Click on Chart >Copy Data to clipboard, and paste this onto an Excel sheet.

In the "Cost of Capital" section, you can view the breakdowns for cost of equity, cost of debt, cost of preferred equity, and the weights associated with each cost. Click any section to see detailed calculation components.

From EIKON Excel plug-in, use TR.WACC to get the weighted average capital cost. Use this formula (e.g. AAPL.O, as the sample company):

=TR("AAPL.O","TR.WACC","CH=Fd RH=IN",B3)
