For example: SKF Laboratories v Evans Medical [1989] FSR 513

Launch the database, WestlawNext.

Click on ‘International Materials’ on the right side of the screen.

Click on ‘United Kingdom

Click on ‘United Kingdom Cases

Click on ‘Advanced’ next to the Search box.

Enter the ‘SKF Laboratories v Evans Medical ’ in the ‘Party Name’ Search box and click Search.

Lexis Singapore

Click on the Cases menu tab at the top of the page. 

Select ALL UK Cases from the Source drop down menu

Enter the party Name or the Case Citation. 

[Please note:  Lexis Singapore cover ALL ER cases]

Lexis

Search by case name:

                  Under the Legal Column, click on Find Laws by Country or Region

                  Click on Foreign Laws & Legal Sources.

                  Click on United Kingdom.

                  Click on Caselaw.

                  Click on UK Cases, Combined Courts.

                  Under Restrict by Document Segment, choose NAME.

                  Enter one party’s name in the search field under Restrict by Document Segment.

                  Click Add.

                  Repeat steps 6-8 to add another party’s name.

                  Narrow your search by restricting date range at Restrict by Date.

                  When done, click Search.

 

Search by citation:

                  Under the Legal column, click on Find Laws by Country or Region

                  Click on Foreign Laws & Legal Sources.

                  Click on United Kingdom.

                  Click on Caselaw.

                  Click on UK Cases, Combined Courts.

                  Under Restrict by Document Segment, choose CITE.

                  Enter citation.

                  Click Add.

                  Narrow your search by restricting date range at Restrict by Date.

                  When done, click Search.

 

Lawnet

Select the Legal Research tab.

Click on Cases.

Click on English Cases.

You can search by their name or by citation.
