Q. Where can I find the explanatory note or statement for a Singapore Act?

Explanatory notes or explanatory statements are found in the Bill, and not the Act.

Singapore bills are available in Singapore Statutes Online. 

1) Click "Browse" and "Bill Supplements"

2) Click "Explanatory Note" on the left hand column
