Q. How do I access to "My Library Account"? And what are the features?

SMU Libraries members can access their library accounts online to view borrowed items, holds, fines, due dates, and renew library items.

Steps to accessing your library account online:

Please refer to the below steps to login to your library account:

1. Visit SMU Libraries website at https://library.smu.edu.sg/
2. Click on "My Library Account"
3. Click on "SMU Students, Faculty, Alumni and Staff"
4. Enter your SMU network credentials
5. You will be re-directed to "My Library Account" page.

Features of "My Library Account":

• check due dates and statuses of your current loans and requests
• check borrowing history
• place hold for "on loan" library items or cancel hold requests
• renew loans
