The following conditions must be met before distributing the material.

a) The article copied are within copying limit of 1 article, 1 chapter or 10%(non-chapter) 

b) The copyright of the book and journal belongs to a publisher represented by CLASS. The list of CLASS publisher can be found in the link as follows. In addition, there should not be any 3rd party pictures, tables or extracts in the article.

c) Copyright forms must be completed and submitted to Course Support Services, Li Ka Shing Library. This is done online through the link as follows.

d) The following notation must be stamp on the first page of the master copy.

"Copy made on behalf of Singapore Management University on <date>"

" No further reproduction allowed"

The date of the notation should tally with the date when the copyright form is submitted. The General Office of each School has a stamp of the notation. The notation can be stamped to the master copy before photocopying. Each faculty is responsible for ensuring that the distributed copies bear the notation.
