Q. How long does it take the library to produce a course pack or e-reserves?

If the course readings have no copyright issues, the lead-time will be approximately 3 weeks. Processing time may take as long as 2 months for readings which require copyright clearance or the payment of copyright fees. During the first 4 weeks of the term, the response time of Course Support Services will be slower as staff will be engaged in course pack sales. Course reading request is processed on a first-come-first serve basis. Hence, please submit your request early to ensure that the readings can be prepared and made available before the start of the Term.
