Q. Who owns the copyright to the scholarly works?

SMU's Intellectual Property Policy states that the copyright in scholarly works, literary works, artistic works and other copyrightable works created by faculty in the course of their work are deemed to be the property of the faculty except in instances as specified in the policy.
