You can look for an older version of a Singapore Act / Subsidiary Legislation on Singapore Statutes Online
In this example, we are looking for the version of the Singapore Trade Marks Act that was in force in 1999.
1) Go to the Singapore Statutes Online website here
2) Search for "Trade Marks Act"
3) Click on "Timeline" and select the corresponding date, in this case "15 Jan 1999"
