The USB drive may have been disabled due to security reasons. You may want to transfer your files using your email or OneDrive.
Uploading files to OneDrive:
a. Open your SMU email (https://live.smu.edu.sg) in internet browser.
b. Click on the blue icon at the top left corner, and select OneDrive.
c. Once in OneDrive, click on “Upload” and follow the uploading instruction.
