Option 1: Singapore Statutes Online
Search for the main Act by title or chapter number.
Click on “Current SL” in the search results.
Option 2: Using LawNet
Launch LawNet
Click on the Legal Research tab, then click on Legislation.
Search by Chapter number (Cap no.) if known, or the title of the Act.
Select “Current SL” next to the title of the Act in the results page.
Alternatively, once the Act is found, click on ‘Related Subsidiary Legislation’ at the top right hand side of the page.
Click on the relevant link to retrieve the full text.
Tick the respective sections and click Get Provisions to generate only those sections, or click on Whole document to download the entire Subsidiary Legislation.
