Q. Why can't I renew an item?

You may not be able to renew a book, DVD, CD online, due to any one of the following:

1. You already renewed it once
2. The item is overdue
3. Someone else has requested it
4. You have outstanding fines

If you still need the item, you must return the item by the original due date to avoid any fines. Once the item is returned you can place a reservation for the item again via library search.
