Q. I lost my SMU Card. What should I do?

Report the loss to Library to have your card blocked from any unauthorized usage. While your account is blocked, you need to approach the staff at the Services Desk for renewals and issue of books. You will not be able to do any online renewals or use the book borrowing stations. Inform the Library once you have made a new card.
