Q. How do I locate an Australian case?

You can either use (i) Lexis Advance, (ii) Westlaw or (iii) AustLII

Lexis Advance 

1) Access Lexis Advance here .

2) Select "Australia" under the dropdown menu

3) Enter the citation, relevant search details, case name etc. and search. 

Westlaw

1) Launch Westlaw here.
2) Select “International Materials”.
3) Under “Jurisdictions”, select “Australia”.
4) Enter the citation, relevant search details, case name etc. and search.
