Q. Can I still visit SMU Libraries or use its resources after I graduated or left SMU?

SMU alumni can still access SMU Libraries physical spaces after graduation by downloading the SMU Alumni App to obtain the Digital Alumni Card for verification purpose when entering SMU Libraries.

However, do note that block out periods apply to alumni who wish to visit the libraries using the Digital Alumni Card (or SMUAA Card for alumni who have subscribed to SMUAA membership). Block out periods are:

• March – April
• October - November

Alumni who wish to continue their use of SMU Libraries physical spaces during the block out periods, may consider signing up for SMU Alumni Library Membership. Block out periods do not apply to SMU Alumni Library Members.
