Q. I did not receive my library notice, am I responsible for any overdue fines?

The answer is yes. Failure to receive library notices does not relieve the borrower of responsibility to return or renew borrowed materials by the due date, and absolve the borrower of any fines or charges incurred for late, lost or damaged materials.  It is the borrower's responsibility to return items promptly accordingly to the due date reflected when borrowing.  You  can also login to My Library Account to check details of your fines and borrowed items.
