Q. How can I know the latest content in a journal?

To be alerted when a new issue and its table of contents is available in a journal: 

1. Identify the journal you want to be alerted on.
2. Check if it has an email alert or RSS alert feature.
3. Registration for a personal account is often required.
4. Set up the alert. For RSS feeds, a RSS reader is needed, e.g. Google Reader.
