1) Check if you are connected to the Internet (Connected to Wireless Network)

2) Do the following steps

   a) Go to Tools – Internet Options

   b) Select Advance Tab

   c) Scroll down all the way to the end; make sure the USE SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0 are ticked

   d) Clicked Apply and OK, close and re-open Internet Explorer for change to take effect
