Launch the database, Westlaw.

Click on ‘International Materials’ on the right side of the screen.

Click on ‘United Kingdom’

Click on ‘United Kingdom Cases’

Click on ‘Advance’ next to the Search box.

Enter the ‘Laurinda v Capalaba Park’ in the ‘Party Name’ Search box and click Search.

You will find your result.
