Q. What do I do if I have lost valuables in library premises?

If you have lost a valuable item in the library, you should first check with the Security personnel at the library entrance or approach the Security Command Centre at Level 1, Li Ka Shing library building, to see if it has been returned.

If you suspect that it is due to theft, a police report has to be made at any police station (or online under E-Services at www.spf.gov.sg). The CCTV footage will then be released to the Investigating Officer (IO) who will handle the case.
