Q. Must each publication record in IRIS be validated before being included in the CV?

If the publishing status for the record is 'forthcoming' or 'accepted', no validation is needed and will appear in the generated CV. 

If the publishing status is 'published', 'advance online' or 'presented', click on Submit and validation is needed to be included in the CV. 

Other publishing status will not be included in the generated CV.
