Q. What does the "Visibility" mean? Some records say "Visible in research portal", some say "Not publicly visible", can I change it?

The "Visibility" flag is not meaningful in IRIS. It is applicable to a system module that SMU did not purchase. The setting has no effect on whether the paper can be viewed internally by administrators or colleagues, or whether it is open access or displayed in the SMU Publications website.
