You can use any Library PCs that display the message “Available”, which means nobody books it yet.  For advance booking, use Book a PC ( https://lti.library.smu.edu.sg/cire/login.aspx) facility and login using your SMU account.

Please note:

  • Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
  • Bookings are free, but you can only book one computer each time.
  • Grace period for booking is 10 minutes. If you don’t show up within 10 minutes of your booking time, the system will auto cancel your booking.
  • Maximum booking duration is 1 hour, which can be extended an hour at a time, up to max of 3 hour

 

 

There is an error "The account details are incorrect" when I tried to book Investment Studio terminal with MyPC booking. What should I do?

The error "The account details are incorrect" resulted from the email domain "@smu.edu.sg".

You can login successfully by using your user ID.
