Library members may specify which library they wish to collect their reservation/hold items from, upon placing their reservation/hold request.

The library system will generate email notifications to users' SMU email accounts when requested items are ready for collection. Users must collect items before the reservation/hold shelf expiry date indicated in the notification email, from the service desk of the library they have selected.

Once expired, these items will be returned to open shelf for borrowing or assigned to the next user in the reservation/hold queue.
