When you receive a message (as shown below) saying that your Duo account is disabled and you cannot access WRDS, please click this link: Fill in the form and submit it to request help. As Duo is a two-factor authentication (aka 2FA) that generates a passcode for login, we are unable to seek help on behalf of the account owner.

On the other hand, if your WRDS account has expired but you are still an active SMU student or staff, please email us at to request an account extension.
